How do I find info on how to set setting for my new d/l's?

I am new to this site and read that you can set your setting to help improve your games. I can't find the page where I read the infor. I am asking for the Backspin (bowling). Can someone please help me? Thank you.

I usually just use shot #2 - it seems to get the most strikes.  O0
