Easy Potato Mix

2 lbs. Hashbrowns cubes in a 9x13 pan

Spread On:
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Grated Cheese

Mix:
¼ Cup Onion Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Cup crushed Cornflake Crumbs

Pour:
1 Cube melted butter over the top

Bake uncovered @ 350 – 45 min.
