Dot Bot

I have just registered for Dot Bot. The trial version worked fine but some unknown reason since i have registered the product it will not run properly. It keeps telling me it can not find the browser window. I have changed the screen resolution to the recommend specs but still to no avail. I would be grateful for any suggestions/solutions  :OO

Delete the program reboot your pc and redownload
