Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Cook 1 cup rice (not instant)
2 small packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms (pieces & stems)
3/4 stick butter
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small jar cheese whiz

Melt butter into large casserole dish. Add chopped onion,mushrooms and soup. Stir well.
Add cooked broccoli and cooked rice. Add cheese whiz and stir all together well. Cover.
Bake at 350* 40 min. Uncover and bake another 5 min.
