Badgehelp now Gamewand?? Or???

I noticed that Badgehelp is no longer spamming the Pogo rooms, however its now being spammed by Gamewand. Did they changed names? Or did Pogo find a way to block Badgehelp from spamming the chat rooms and this is there way of getting around the block. (Im assuming the later)
Also how can Badgehelp/Gamewand afford to keep spamming the groups? I assume they only do the 3.99 a month deal as that nic would be banned.
