Switching tokens to a diff account.

I need some help, i recently got club pogo and switched my screename, so i lost all of y tokens and am now stuck at like 1000 when i used to have 50 mil... is there  a way or a game that willlet me update them into my new SN??? i think this was a topic before,,  but am not too sure about it. :-\   O0some1 please help me!!!Thanks a ton! many of us here have more then just 1 account,
club and non club SN's
