It has a happy ending though!

In a dramatic encounter recorded by surveillance cameras, a Florida man chased an alligator under water and rescued his 3-month-old puppy from the jaws of death.

Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.

I saw this on the news this morning!  I would have done the same thing!  He's lucky it was a little gator.

I'm glad they didn't show the alligator snatching up the dog. I do wonder how long the little guy was underwater for ...
