I have been a member of POGO for about 15 years and have always done auto renewal.  This year it was not automatically renewed so I didn't get my extra month of service or my 100 gems.  Why would I have to start over without auto renewal?

When you approached Pogo with this issue, what did they tell you?

Darn Pogo.  Yes, that happened to me a few years ago.  The only thing I have to offer is what my account look like.
