new version of Pay Check

I purchased Pay Check on Feb. 21, it ran smooth, then you came out with updated version. My old version keeps getting Microsoft error after 1 game. I have since tried e-mails with no response. I have tried to send you copy of receipt of purchase. HELP :'(
