kid fav-pizza casserole

2 cups egg noodles
2 tsp veg oil
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic,  finely chopped (can be omitted)
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup shredded mozz cheese

heat oven to 350
cook noodles and drain
heat oil on medium high in skillet,  add beef, onion,  and garlic,  cook over medium high untill beef is browned.  drain off excess liquid,  stire in oregano,  salt,  soup,  1/3 cup water,  and noodles
take off the heat and add half of the cheese.   spoon into 11x7 baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese
bake at 350 for 25-30 mins until bubbly
cool 5-10 mins

Mhh that sounds great!!  I think I'm gonna try it and add some cut up pepperoni.....and maybe some breadsticks!  thanks!!
