Jessica and Nick -- Divorce Final

TMZ has obtained court documents that seal the deal on Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's divorce.

The papers, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, officially end their three-and-a-half year marriage.

As TMZ first reported, Jessica and Nick agreed to end the marriage immediately, but deal with their financial dispute at a later date.

Sources tell us that Jessica has offered Nick $1.5 million to walk away from the marriage, even though under California law Nick would be entitled to half the fortune the couple amassed during their marriage.

Kelly Clarkson and Ashley Simpson both went for the position of Victoria Secrets new model and Ashley won. They said Kelly was " not skinny " enough. Isn't that pitiful? I think she looks good. Now days if your bones are not poking out you are considered fat. How sad.

Christina Aguilera will not do any interviews looking at the journalists in the eyes anymore. She will sit in another room that has to be darkened because she thinks shes fat and doesn't want any one talking about that in the press and magazines. She just posed for a magazine under the condition that they airbrush her waist to make her look smaller. The girl is friggen little already!

Again how sad...What use to be a size 12 was normal in America, is now a size 12 in the kids section.

As long as her pictures were photoshopped by someone who knows what they're doing.

I've seen pictures of e-celebrities on Myspace that the airbrushing wasn't done well at all and it looks rushed. There would be the left eye that still showed the smudged mascara and the evident wrinkle. Then there was no artistic cohesiveness in the person's face and neck, making the neck look lost, which really destroyed the picture.

Nicole and Keith got married Tara...I know cause I read it standin in line at the grocery store....I'm bummed I didn't get an invite....bet the drinks were gooooood at that shindig....lol....seriously we are goin to the karaoke bar this Friday and I promise to drink soda!!!

speaking of undergarments....theres that fruit of the looms commerical that says you can't over love your underwear. I swear to god it sounds like they are singing you can't overload your underwear to me.
