Help!!TT won't play on my comp.

Can some one please help me....whenever I double click on TT.exe a messages shows up saying:
This application failed to start because MSVBVM60.Dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem. >:(  I had it working before i formatted my comp  and now its not....any suggestions would be very helpful.
