hi i have a problem when i download cheat and try and open it it comes up wioth an error have a few of tehse pcs to get for friends any help wld be appreciated thnks

Delete, reboot, redownload.

All my files open with no problems. If you don't have administrators rights on your pc that could be the problem.

That is likely your problem. If the administrator has your copy of XP restricted from downloading exe's etc that is why you are having trouble.
