sherlock 3.7 help

hi all i was wondering i have looked through all of the threads for this answer but could not find it so here is my question;
   
i baught sherlock 3.7 agent for jigsaw dective well lately i have had alot of problems with it now i did all of the suggested tips to make it work, but nothing worked so i came back here and downloaded the jigsaw detector 6.4 now i have let that run for about 6-7 game and it has worked just fine with no problems, now i was wondering would i have to buy this one (jigsaw detector) all over again? i have sherlock 3.7 but it is not working right.
