Downloaded Peaker & it doesn't work

I purchased Tri-Peaks to go and therefore downloaded Peaker for this game.  The problem is that after downloading Peaker it doesn't work even after registering Peaker.  I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions and made sure it is the most up to date version & it is but it still does not work.

Also I when I go to install Room Rover it says Page not found.  Is this no longer available or is there another name for this?
