stoppit timeouts

Just curious about something. I get timed out in poppit about 23% of the time, it makes the sound like it tried to pop a balloon that can't be popped and then times out. Is there an update for this? Or did I install it correctly? Or do I need to adjust my screen resolution? or anything else I might have missed?
