Plus it seems as though they have changed it since the last time I needed help.

Now it seems as though you are jumping through hoops just to get to an actual person on live chat.

The reason I am contacting live chat is that for crazy cakes badge I am not getting credit for any cakes.

I read the badge and followed the directions to a tee.

I ended up getting in to live chat by logging in on my other computer.

Not sure what that error message means but I got around it.
