bingbot is in sleep mode no matter what time i set it to start. How do I know when it will start up when it wont start at the assigned hour?

Is the program running?  That setting does not autostart the program.

Yes, it's running. I will just let my pc stay on until the bot activates I guess. Do you guess know if the program runs after the systems hour locally or you have to set it to pacific time?
