So true! Because of the glitch making it so I can't see my badge collection, I don't know if it was awarded or not.  I'm hoping they'll give us similar access to our collections in the new experience.

Very true.  I got my badge right after completing the 7th challenge.

I'm sure they'll convert that over to the new site. It's pretty essential to have it.
