Jewel Academy Issue

My jewel academy game will not open. I tried on my phone, my computer and my iPad with no luck! Anyone else having this problem? What do I do?

I'm not having that issue here. Are you getting any error messages?

I've never heard of a problem like this Does it begin to load the game and just stop? What's on your screen?
