Hi everyone,

It's come to our attention that some players are receiving fraudulent messages in their Pogo inbox. These accounts are representing themselves as official Pogo or EA accounts, but they are spam.

Pogo or EA will never ask you to call a phone number. If you receive a message asking you to make a phone call, DO NOT interact. Instead, report the account immediately.

We are working to prevent these types of messages, but in the meantime ask that you report any suspicious messages. To report an inbox message, click on the 3 dots next to the user's screenname, then click "Report Message." You can also block the account by clicking "Block User."

It's unfortunate that this is still an issue, which only means people are still falling for that spam.
