JAVA's which one to use?

I see a lot of help saying to use or update JAVA.... Sun or JIT.... in microsoft, which of the three boxes should be checked?.... Which of the JAVA's should I be using or is this something I would switch back and forth depending which one works better with which auto?

The only box I have checked is JIT Compiler. ;)

ok thanks I had the last two boxes checked.  So Sun Java isn't used .... that much?  ever?
